Coaching

Sometimes the pressures we face are too much to hold on our own and we need a little support. This is where coaching comes in. If you are not wanting to commit to the 8 week self - love course or if you have a particular question you'd like advice on- a 1 time coaching call may be the right fit for what you're looking for.

Coaching calls happen over Zoom and are available to anyone anywhere in the world. We begin with 3 deep breaths and space is held for you to share whatever is on your heart without judgement. I take our time together seriously and keep everything you share with me confidential.
