What is Reiki?

Reiki is an energy healing practice that involves channeling universal life force energy to support health. It is based on the concept that energy flows through all living beings, and disruptions or blockages in this energy can contribute to physical, emotional or mental distress.

I start each session with a conversation about how you’re doing and what you’d like to focus on. We might draw divination cards or sit in meditation. Tea and water are complimentary in every session.

Reiki is done fully clothed on a massage table or floor mat with the phenomenal Amethyst BioMat filled with 28 LBS of amethyst crystals!!!

You begin by lying on your back with the option of a lavender filled buckwheat pillow or a rose quartz mask covering your eyes.

During the session you will feel the warmth of my hands going over your body and being placed mostly on your joints. That’s because these are energetic hubs where lots of nerve endings meet.

Most people experience being deeply relaxed during reiki and sometimes even fall asleep. You may notice energetic releases like limbs twitching or shaking.

Reiki is not dominated by any religious or spiritual affiliations. You do not have to be spiritual or believe in anything to benefit from Reiki. It is a natural life-force energy that all of us are born being connected to.

Cost + Location:

I offer individual Reiki sessions on a sliding scale of $80 - $160. You are welcome to visit me in Skiatook or I can set up at your home or office for an additional $30 travel fee.
